After 34 years of working for Constant and Company until my departure in April 2012, many of which were as the Managing Director, I am now running my own business.
On behalf of Basildon Council I successfully led the team involved in the Direct Action site clearance at the highly publicised Dale Farm Traveller Site during the latter half of 2011.
I have, since 2003 when I identified it as a niche area of work, either directly or at a supervisory level been involved in approximately 12,000 Common Law evictions of trespassers/travellers on behalf of hundreds of clients.
I have either directly or at a supervisory level been successfully involved in numerous other enforcement cases including Landlord’s Distress, High Court Enforcement, Repossession of Premises and Property and the recovery of Local Taxes on behalf of Local Authorities.
Since 2004 I have been involved in and given advice to numerous Local Authorities on Town and Country Planning Act Direct Action matters and my experience in this field is probably unrivalled.
I have vast experience in every kind of document service and the supporting proofs of service.
My background is in investigation and I have instincts and skills which have been honed over many years.
I have a wide range of professional and notable clients who continue to entrust their work to me.
I have reliable and experienced staff who are able to provide a countrywide service.
Between leaving school and working for Constants I was a police officer during which time I was predominately on the Drug Squad and in the CID.
My objective is to deliver a reliable, experienced, competent and professional service to clients.
